Without even saying words, the way we live out our lives, that story of experience that can be seen behind our eyes, the immense wisdom displayed in our actions, all that emotion and intention we exude …..sends a message to others.

What is your message to others that can be seen from your life? .

I realise on this journey of life that I have the ability to choose the message I send out by the way I live.

I could choose to dwell on past disappointments and failures and be full of worry, grief, fear and regret. Let the days pass me by and be constantly pondering about a day in the future when I will have a family.
OR
I can choose to recognise the little joys in each day, live each day in hope, fully being who I was created to be and using the gifts I have been given. Compassionately helping others. Persevering no matter what the storm.

I would love my message from my life to be a message of strength, encouragement and hope to others. 😊
