DHA for sperm health

Lead Researcher from the University of Illinois found that the omega-3 fatty acid DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) is critical for the formation of the acrosome, or part of the head of the sperm that contains the enzymes used to penetrate the ovum. ⁠

Why not add more DHA rich foods to your DH’s diet!? Such as salmon, tuna or anchovies…🐟⁠
