It’s an easy phrase to say to be happy in the moment when you are going through the journey of infertility but it really helps to remember this.

The days, weeks and months or even years can go by without really living each moment fully. If you are always looking to the future for a day when you will finally be happy you can miss out on so much.

There is so much to be happy about in the little things on the way, a lesson learnt, a person helped, a time with someone you love.

It can be a challenge to find happy moments but they can be found if you take the time and slow down to notice them 😊
