
In whatever magazine, blog or book I have read it always says to hold your legs or hips up in the air to improve your chances of the sperm getting to where they need to.
Hmmm… has this ever been proved? also if I have a retroverted uterus would this work? and surely those sperm are much more clever and go against gravity anyway…
But …because I just don’t know if it does help my chances each month and I often read stories of women saying it worked for them, I continue to do this. Not always but often.
Hubbie gets to relax and fall asleep whilst I raise my hips like I am at the gym doing a yoga or pilates move. I remember putting my feet high up against the wall on occasion too.
