Three Steps to Commitment

Charting your fertility can reap so many benefits and ultimately can help you conceive or at the very least help identify the issues. ⁠

If you are starting out or have been charting for some time and finding it hard to keep in a routine and stay committed, here are 3 Steps to establish commitment:⁠

– Write down your intentions in charting and why and discuss these with your partner⁠

– Rank your strength of conviction for these (scale of 1 to 5), ask partner to do the same⁠

– Revisit your why and strength of conviction on day one of each cycle.⁠

Don’t give up, you are doing great!!⁠
